1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong book or product

  • The item is defective, damaged, or has missing pages

  • The item was damaged during shipping

Books must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging, with all tags intact.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and attach photos of the product showing the issue. Returns after the 3-day window are not eligible.

3. Inspection and Approval

Returned items are subject to inspection. Once checked and approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided based on stock availability and your preference.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable

  • If the product is not available for replacement, a full refund will be issued

  • For technical payment errors (duplicate payments, etc.), refunds are processed promptly

5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or wrong items, BoiwalaBD.com covers the return shipping cost

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping fees

6. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used, marked, or tampered books

  • Digital content (e-books)

  • Orders requested for return after 3 days of delivery
